Dr. Dukes is the Medical Director of Phoenix Emergency Medical Services, LLC. He completed his residency at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University School of Medicine and served as chief resident.

Dr. Dukes is board certified in Emergency Medicine and a Fellow in the American College of Emergency Medicine.
